It's been a year since Con Ed shut us down after 13 years. Honestly, in this economic post-COVID climate we are happy to have stepped down (honestly should've have done so a year earlier). While we do miss the pre-closing hood, we really hope the new order brings a fresh variant to whatever the new hood wants. But it does seems like the foodie scene has given way to a reduced palate as of late. Stay strong Astoria, you always demanded variety and excellence in your food! See you around…
