At most gift shops in New Orleans, when it is time to restock, they cut open boxes from China and start stocking. It is pretty cool when, rather than grab the box cutter, you either grab the phone to call local artists, or you grab a paint brush and a sewing machine! Clyde is back in town! He always wants to say hi to his friends, so when you get in town, let us know and we will do pup cup shots! Unfortunately we cannot recommend that anyone go into the old spot, let's just say we know who took it over and we will be avoiding at all costs. Boondock Saint has always been our favorite bar, Clyde also loves Molly's and the Dive on Toulouse and My Bar for the pianos. So hit us up and he will appear on a bar stool near you!

Clyde update. We are going home, headed back to NOLA. Not in so much of a hurry to get there in August so, a couple of days in Austin, then off to Lafayette. We'll see from there.
We did some camping while we were at altitude, Clyde loved being lakeside. He liked camping but not so much the sleeping in the tent part. He was happy to get his own bed and a/c.

We just want to let everyone know that Clyde's Corner has closed for good. We were doing fine as a regular business, but once you factor in the Quarter and the condition of the building, we were never going to get ahead. We want to thank you all for giving us the chance to live our food and beverage dreams. And remember that our staff was what made it what it was, if you see any of Clyde's people somewhere else, know that you are dealing with the best of the best.
We are at our secret command bunker somewhere in the high desert doing what we do every day, planning to take over the world. W
