Wow. What a week 🥂

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for MoVida x Charlie's last week.

Over four unforgettable nights, we shared incredible food, exceptional wines and plenty of laughter around the table, exactly what hospitality is all about.

A special thank you to Chef Frank Camorra for bringing a taste of Spain back to Darwin, and to Emily from MoVida, who looked after our La Mesa Familiar with such warmth and knowledge, making sure strangers left as friends.

And of course, thank you to all of our guests who made each service so memorable. You are what makes these events so special.

We loved every minute of it!

ONE NIGHT DOWN. THREE TO GO. 🇪🇸

The first night of MoVida x Charlie's was everything we hoped for, a dining room full of great food, Spanish wines and plenty of laughter.

If you missed out on opening night, there's still time to join us.

Well, look who’s arrived...

Chef Frank Camorra is officially in the Charlie’s kitchen and the prep for this week's MoVida x Charlie’s pop-up is underway.

For four nights only, Frank and the MoVida team will bring their iconic Spanish flavours to Darwin, paired with some of the best produce the Territory has to offer.

Big news from the still. 🍸

Our very own Darwin Distilling Co. The Alice Dry Gin was crowned Best New Local Product 2026 at last night’s Hospitality NT Awards for Excellence.

Crafted in-house with Red Centre limes, wattle seed and Medjool dates, it’s a gin that tells a Territory story in every sip.
