La Pandolfa è una tenuta che si estende per 140 ettari nell'appenino tosco-emiliano.Fondata nel 194

La Pandolfa oggi si rinnova, partendo da una nuova gestione da parte della proprietà̀ e si prepara a vivere un secondo Rinascimento. La storia passata e presente della Tenuta si incontrano sulle etichette dei vini. Qui rivivono i personaggi del Rinascimento legati alla storia della Villa, e su tutti lui: Sigismondo Pandolfo Malatesta e la celebre rappresentazione che ne ha fatto Piero della France

sca, oggi custodito al Louvre di Parigi. Con un linguaggio ironico e contemporaneo, Pandolfo Malatesta, Federico da Montefeltro e Battista Sforza si ritrovano a vivere tra colori ispirati agli anni ‘50, periodo di un importante restauro della Villa, e becchi d’uccello al posto del naso, per rendere omaggio all’arte italiana contemporanea.

It was the plant that supported the vine in the most fertile plains where the leaves of the mulberry were used to feed the silkworms and the cattle that worked the land under the vines (They greatly appreciated the sugary taste from which it benefited from fresh energy).

On the nose aromas of raspberry with a graceful memory of orange blossom lead to a fresh and salty sip. Finesse and balance are already denoted by the sight of its antique pink color with slight orange hues.

Già nel 1600 in questa terra veniva prodotto un Olio extra vergine d’oliva.

We decided to recover this ancient vocation, making this extra vergin oil, obtained just from hand picked olives from Pandolfa.

Produciamo il nostro Olio con il massimo rispetto per la terra che abbiamo attorno e per le persone che insieme a noi si prendono cura degli alberi di ulivo.
