Today, we are smoking a mountain of our famous COPPA and LOMO in our smokehouse, on the terrasse of Les Artisans d'Indochine.

A huge "thank you" and love to my beautiful, dedicated, hard working wife Hong, who has been instrumental in our purposeful life and success so far.

Hong has always been supportive, stoic, and highly responsible along the way ... from our chaotic life in Ha Noi, throughout the unknowns, building a marvelous business together, and now as the attentive mother of our little angel, Vyvyanh.

When the next "grand piano falls from the sky, on our heads again", we are entirely confident that we will overcome and stand up together, and lead ourselves to further good decisions and progress.

- GATHER 5 PEOPLE to successively compete against each other, winner receives a free glass of wine + 50 grams of saucisson sec, second place receives a free glass of wine !
