Today, September 16, NiA will exceptionally open from 17:00 to 22:00. We’re making a little adjustment as Thao’s cousin is getting married. 💍👰‍♀️🤵‍♀️❤️

If you’ve been to a Vietnamese restaurant in France, you probably know it because there it's one of the most popular Vietnamese dishes.

But here in Hoi An?
It’s surprisingly hard to find.

So we brought our own version to NiA — fresh, colourful, generous and with our very own Viet-French touch.
And as far as we know, NiA is the only place in Hoi An serving this Bo Bun.

# MEET THE FAMILY BEHIND NiA, episode 5
Our series wouldn’t be complete without introducing you to 3 other members of the family: the ones who welcome you to NiA with a very enthusiastic chorus of barks from their first-floor balcony whenever you arrive:

Meet Bo, Xu & Mimi 🐶🐶🐶

Sometimes, if our guests ask — especially the dog lovers — we bring them down from their “perch” so they can come and say hello in person! Then, before you know it, they’re off across the road and straight to the beach... Getting their paws wet in the sea, digging holes in the sand or chasing crabs: these three could happily do that all day.

But their absolute favourite thing — as is the case with pretty much every Vietnamese dog — is, of course, riding on a scooter🛵Hair (well... fur) blowing in the wind, wet noses, eyes fixed on the horizon... Now that’s happiness, according to Bo, Xu & Mimi!!!!😁❤️
