Brewed "Gourdon" Imperial Pumpkin Ale yesterday. Blow-off tube is bubbling nicely. Should be ready mid-November.

Latest batches are being delivered. Everyone gets a sixer. The 3 red caps are "Roggen", a roggenbier. The blue caps are "Big BIPA", a belgian pale that should probably just be labeled as a hoppy Belgian tripel. "Oat", an oatmeal stout, will be bottled in a week and distributed by the end of August.

The meat is off the smoker. 2nd Anniversary Ale (12% Wheat wine) is about ready to have the yeast pitched. Pale Mare (APA) is currently being mashed.

53 degrees outside, but currently 259 inside the smoker. 12 lbs of meat getting ready for the Anniversary party. Only 4 hours of sleep, but I'm ready too.
