Nick’s Pizza Parlor & Bar is excited to welcome Toppling Goliath Brewing Co to beer-loving Delaware. Toppling Goliath has sent us seven draft beers for a launch party at 6 pm on June 18th to celebrate their arrival. From Decorah, Iowa, they are a world-renowned brewery known for award-winning IPAs and barrel-aged stouts. We have been fortunate enough to have been sent a few unique offerings. The stouts featured are the only kegs of these beers you will find on the East Coast anytime soon! Thanks to Toppling Goliath, Otherside Beverage, and our man Tyler for making this happen. This summer, we’re partnering with to showcase peak-season fruits and vegetables at their absolute best.

June belongs to the heirloom tomato, and we’ve built three specials around this summer favorite:

Caprese Pizza
Fresh heirloom tomatoes, mozzarella, Maldon sea salt, black pepper, balsamic glaze, and basil. Available on any crust.

Mortadella Sandwich
House-made focaccia, mortadella (contains pistachios), heirloom tomato confit, stracciatella, and arugula.

Heirloom Tomato Bruschetta
Fresh heirloom tomatoes, garlic, and basil served with sliced sesame bread.

These specials are available all month long, but don’t wait too long—when July arrives, so does a brand-new seasonal feature.

This season, we’re teaming up with our neighbors and Wilmington institution, , to celebrate the best local produce summer has to offer. Each month, we’ll feature a different seasonal fruit or vegetable at its peak.
