We've been brewing beer long enough that our first batch would be almost old enough to drive (but remember, it's important not to ever let drinks drive). We make you and your taste buds sing by focusing on the backbone of the beer, the workhorse of the wort, the grunt of the grist... the malt! Brew #2 for next month's tapping party: our English Summer Ale! A true session ale, this copper beauty will slap your taste buds silly and leave them hurting for more. And at 4.8%, more they shall have. Crisp, slightly nutty, slightly malty, and with the perfect amount of hops, this is one of our very best and we hope you'll enjoy it with us next month! Cheers!

In production right now is an English style ESB. We're looking at a nice deep amber color with toffee, biscuit, and slight honey notes balanced with earthy and spicy Kent Goldings and Northern Brewer hops.
