What Makes Special Club Ch*****ne Unique?
Grower-Producers Only: W**es are made exclusively by récoltant-manipulants (growers who cultivate their own grapes and bottle on their own estate)
Strict Vetting Process: Submitted w**es must pass two rigorous blind tastings by a panel of independent w**emakers and oenologists—first as still w**e and again after aging
Vintage Only: Special Club bottles are only made during exceptional years, representing the absolute pinnacle of a producer’s house style and terroir.
Distinctive Bottle: Approved w**es are bottled in a unique, traditional heavy bottle embossed with the “Special Club” name and logo
Aging Requirements: Each bottle must age on its lees for a minimum of three years before release.
