Berry Bellini Bliss 🍓🥂
A sparkling berry holiday cocktail for your 25 Days of Christmas Countdown
Ingredients
• 1 oz Sweet RIM Berry Drip
• 1 oz fresh berry purée (strawberry, raspberry, or blueberry)
• 4–5 oz Prosecco or sparkling wine
• Optional: a splash of ginger ale for sweetness
• Garnish: Sweet RIM Berry Dust rim + sugared berries
Directions
Rim your glass with Berry Dust and place a few sugared berries inside.
Add 1 oz Sweet RIM Berry Drip to the bottom of a flute or coupe.
Pour 1 oz berry purée over it.
Slowly top with cold Prosecco (or sparkling wine).
Add a splash of ginger ale for extra sweetness if desired.
Stir gently and garnish with a berry skewer or floating berry.

• 2 oz Silver tequila
• 1 oz Triple sec
• 2 oz White cranberry juice
• 1 oz Simple syrup
• Optional: 1–2 oz coconut milk for creamy snow-white finish 🌨️
Ice → Shake → Strain into your coconut rim martini glass

Fill the glass with ice (or blend for a frozen version).
Add coconut rum, peppermint syrup, pineapple juice & blue curaçao.
