Welcome Mara Flores back to NOVA on June 14th for a workshop focusing on connection: to the ground, to yourself, and to your partner. She’ll explore our relationship to the floor through poise, pressure, and balance, and explore how using the floor helps us control our own movement and improve connection with our partners.
