The brainchild of DJs Adam Koussari-Amin, Devon Trotter and Jeff Prior, CTRL started in 2012 as a small dance party in Washington, DC. Incorporating creative themes, custom decorations, performances and photo booths, CTRL became an underground hit known for drawing a unique crowd with an eclectic mix of indie dance, electro-pop and mash-ups that served as an alternative to the standard club music
scene. Voted "Best Men's Party" of 2013 by the Washington Blade readers poll, CTRL DJs have been regularly featured at some of DC's biggest events, including the official Capital Pride opening dance parties in 2013 and 2014. CTRL has become a staple of the DC party scene by incorporating their signature style in to pool parties, concert experiences, and other events, and will bring that same style to Town Danceboutique as a featured party on the last Saturday of every month.
