**Some Feelings Never Get Old! ❤️**

You know what I realized today?

I'm about to turn 60 years old, and I can still get genuinely excited about things! 🤣

An upcoming trip. A new adventure. Trying something I've never done before. Even those little butterflies that come with anticipating something wonderful!

Isn't that something?

You would think that with age, experience, children, grandchildren, and all the life we've lived, certain feelings might just... retire.

But nope! 😂

Those little butterflies? Still there.

That unexpected smile? Still possible.

That feeling of anticipation when something wonderful might be around the corner? Still alive and well!

And it got me thinking.

We spend so much time talking about aging in terms of what changes, what slows down, and what we lose.

But what about the things that never leave us?

Our capacity for wonder. Excitement. Playfulness. Curiosity. The sheer joy of having something to look forward to!

There's something beautiful about realizing that those parts of us are still very much alive.

And sometimes, we don't even need a big occasion. It can be something as simple as discovering a new favorite color, hearing a song that makes us want to dance, or looking forward to spending time doing something we love.

**Sometimes it's just wonderful to know we can still feel the butterflies.**

And THAT, my friends, is one of the joys of being alive. ❤️
