First week down on the new block.
had dialed everything in perfectly and put me to work. And ofcourse repping my while hitting leg day.
Sets:
Squats:
475 1x5
420 6x6
Romanian deadlifts:
315 3x8
100 lunges to finish it off.
Despite all my back problems from the military i atrive everyday to get better at things im not great at i.e. squats and deadlifts doctors told me not to due then anymore but with the correct form and knowing your bodies limits you can accomplish what others say you cant!
