First week down on the new block.
had dialed everything in perfectly and put me to work. And ofcourse repping my while hitting leg day.
Sets:
Squats:
475 1x5
420 6x6
Romanian deadlifts:
315 3x8
100 lunges to finish it off.
Despite all my back problems from the military i atrive everyday to get better at things im not great at i.e. squats and deadlifts doctors told me not to due then anymore but with the correct form and knowing your bodies limits you can accomplish what others say you cant!

Great work today for deadlift and squat accessories day. had me hit front squats with 295lbs 5x5 staight into deads
6x4-415lbs everything moved fast and smooth.

Raising the bar for my self, to reach my goals, always push for what you want, keep your head down and keep grinding. Life isn’t about how many times you fail it’s about how many times you can get back up and push forward. I suffer everyday with mental illness (PTSD), I’ve seen many counselor’s and it never works out the only constant that keeps me sane is my family and working out.

Nice 585x1 on some dead’s feeling great and getting stronger everyday to reach my goals. Despite having onset of arthritis in my back and a slight tear, and 2 herniated disc. Still going for my goals no matter what. Just showing you the mind is stronger than the body if you want something go get it.

-600 deadlift
