We have just perfected the next level of wine. We have managed to cold blend our four berry wine and infuse carbon dioxide & nitrogen. The wine is a mix of natural fruit : raspberry, blueberry, blackberry and strawberry infused at 34 degrees F with CO2 and then N2 which captures the CO2 into tiny bubbles with a smooth velvety finish.
