Mother of the bride reached out a couple weeks before the wedding wanting to go with our 4 foot grazing table. The date was still available, so I was able to do a drop off, set up and return for items.

This adorable couple wanted street tacos for their wedding rehearsal, so we made it happen. This beautiful venue is 2.5 hours away from us, but just like a Tumbleweed we travel.

Nothing like welcoming your guest with an ice cream dessert bar and four foot grazing table. Had the privilege to be part of the welcoming, and ironically, we realized I had done a previous wedding for this family. Love!

Mother of the groom went with our Baby Bird package for the ice cream bar. Four ice cream flavors, with six toppings, as well as whipped cream, caramel sauce, and chocolate sauce.

The 4 foot grazing table was elevated with some wonderful lighting, and risers for bread and crackers.

It’s always hard when someone leaves you, but our client had done so many sweet gestures in honor of her mom. The memorial table, was so sweet and really showed what a great mom she had.

The client went with our Classic package and added dessert as well.

Santa Maria marinated Tri-tip

Served with barbecue sauce and herb butter

Tasting with a view

I usually try to do my tastings in March and April, but this year I’ve had a couple of brides and grooms that booked destination weddings, with them living out of the state, I try my best to accommodate when they are viewing their venue.

This couple really wanted to try our menu!

Apps:
-stuffed mushrooms
-balsamic blackberry bruschetta
-scallops
-apple c***r meatballs

Mains:
-teres major
-salmon
-half chicken

Sides:
-garlic green beans
-honey buttered carrots
-garlic rosemary creamier potatoes

Salad:

-tuscan tortellini pasta salad

We discussed options to accommodate guest and food, allergies. The Bride and Groom will be finalizing their menu soon and, I can’t wait to see what they go with for their wedding in November!

What a dream bride to work with, when you meet someone with the kindest heart it makes your day, this bride was the most thoughtful. The grooms mom and I worked on the menu {as the bride wasn’t really a drinker} and came up with some fun ones for cocktails that could be mocktails as well. Mother in law asked if I could do a charcuterie for the ladies to all get ready and enjoy prior to the wedding, and it turned out yummy. Plus the surprise on the brides face was priceless!

During cocktail hour we hand served cocktails to guest, as well as having two bars going. Wonderful time was had by all!

Tumbleweed Tavern had the privilege to bartend for such a beautiful couple. Our bride had a large amount of guest and went with two of our bar set ups, Bertha our tavern as well as our white satellite bar. Everything was perfect!
