At Love & Spice we believe that Love is the force that drives the Universe. When Love is spoken, only Love lives in our hearts and minds. One of my favorite verses of sacred scripture says…

“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.”

With this affirmation held in mind and as a minister of that force that I am, it is my duty to remind everyone that only Love can conquer hate. I urge you to BE that essence of true Love that embodies us all by nature. It is our birth right to live in that truth and claim the life full of nourishment that our Source has given us gracefully.

Everywhere you go let your light and true colors shine. Make a call for Unity. Show respect and demand to be respected in the same spirit. Speak love loudly, spread it everywhere you possibly may. Be the voice of change, pride, hope and inspiration. Refuse to dwell on lack, limitation, sickness, anger or disdain. We may all be outraged but choose to leave differences, religion and politics aside. Encourage others to become the best versions of themselves. Promise yourself to BE the Authentic Ingredient that you are.

We are ALL better than what it seems. We live in a wonderful world indeed. We just have to put a little more love and compassion in our hearts for it to be magnificent. You and I can make the difference if you just simply spread your Love.
