It is with tears in my eyes and pride in my heart that Dr. Bolnick and I share this news: the time has officially come for Rowdy Creek Ranch’s last ride and our retirement from daily activities at RCR. As the old folks say, “we are getting long in the tooth”.
BUT, as a side note, our beautiful facility will only be open for special occasions, meetings, and charitable events. Only the production facility will be available for tastings and wine purchases by reservation. Production of our award-winning wines will continue. The main venue will be closed for operation other than previously stated. Please call the main office for availability.
After 14 incredible years Dr. Bolnick and I have made the bittersweet decision to ride off into the sunset and begin a new chapter – one that allows us to spend more time with our growing family.
This place started as nothing more than a vision and a stretch of land. It became something I could have never truly imagined. Rowdy Creek Ranch grew into a gathering place filled with laughter, music, stories, friendships, celebrations, and memories that will live with us forever. RCR became a community.
First and foremost, THANK YOU! Thank you to our loyal customers who showed up weekend after weekend and made this place feel alive. Thank you to our incredible employees, past and present, who poured their hearts into every glass, every plate, every smile, and every long day. Thank you to the bands who filled the ranch with music, and to our wine team whose passion and dedication helped bring our award-winning “Herd” and “406” vision to life – in stores and venue. Every person who walked through these gates left a mark on this place, on us and on Dr. Bolnick and me.
I can still remember when there was nothing but dirt and dreams and watching it transform into a space filled with love and good times has one of the greatest privileges of both our lives. Rowdy Creek Ranch was NEVER just a business. RCR was a labor of
love, a leap of faith, and a shared experience that only worked because of the people who believed in it. We truly could not have done it without all of you.
While this goodbye is hard, my heart is full. I am endlessly grateful for the support, encouragement, and kindness you have shown us over the years. Thank you for being part of this journey for trusting us, and for helping to turn a dream into something truly special.
Rowdy Creek Ranch may be riding into the sunset, but goodbyes are the worst so let us say we will see you on the trails. A Dale Evans quote that I always loved, “It’s the way you ride the trail that counts.” We wish everyone “Happy Trails.”
Deepest gratitude and love,
Debra and Harold Bolnick
