Each week we get to use incredible high quality ingredients in preparing for you. It only seems fair to share some of these proven and true tips.

Briati Glaze with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Is my current pantry choice for balsamic glaze because it is great quality.  It is  richer, sweeter, and shinier than vinegar.

I encourage you to try it on hard cheeses, vegetables, sliced tomatoes in a Caprese, steaks or drizzle it over fresh strawberries and vanilla ice cream.
