Moments like this are full of so much emotion. The highs, the lows... finding the light in this darkness is what I feel God has lead me to do for others. Elizabeth is a fighter and survivor! May your battle be filled with courage and strength as you rise above anything trying to drag you down.

It’s moments in time like these where we make the biggest difference in the lives of those we touch.

“One of the hardest parts of all of this was loosing all my hair. “ Denise words as tears roll down her cheeks as I fit her for her wig. Denise is battling cancer and came to us when she knew she would be loosing her hair. We quickly ordered her a wig a couple weeks ago. On Tuesday Denise came in after driving over 2 hours. Her incredibly supportive husband came in with her and patiently waited while Katherine and I did her hair, makeup and nails. Afterwards I sent them over to Brewster's Twinsburg where I treated them to a full dinner and desserts before their long drive back home.

Please keep Denise and her family in your prayers as she becomes a pillar of strength in this battle of life. You’ve got this Denise! Keep strong and know you have an army fighting with you. 🙏🏼❤️

Our Being has choice.
Our Being makes the best choices when our human mind is quiet.

Silence our human mind and live in peace, hope, and love. 🤗 🙏🏼❤️

Silence our Human 😶
Our being lives only in our present. 🙏🏼
Not in our past or future.

Our Being can make choices without drama if we allow ourselves to be aware in that moment and silence the human mind. Yes that chatter in your head. That one... that just said “what chatter? I don’t have chatter in my head”. Yes... that’s it!! 🥴

Our Being is kind of a ‘present’ 🎁 that lives in the ‘present’. 😍

The problem is our human 🙅🏼‍♀️ keeps hold of our past and lives in the past... makes decisions based on our of fears, 👿 failures, emotional pains 🥵 that we’ve lived.

Our human makes decision on what we think is fear of the future... What if’s? Which if we think about it... its still living in the past based on experience. Interesting right? 🧐

Sit with that a bit. Here’s how you get around it... live now, not yesterday or tomorrow.

One of my favorite quotes I’ve recited for many years is this...

“The past is history, the futures a mystery, today is the ‘Present’ and a gift to cherish”.

So today’s a present!!!! A gift!!! Open that baby up and live in it!!!

Lastly... again... Being has choice. It makes the best choices when the human is quiet. Silence our human and live thanks to the being that lives in all of us. 🤗 🙏🏼

I have failed numerous times in my life.

Yes, you heard me right. Like that’s what you really want to hear. 🙄

Well the truth is, I have‼️ I get frustrated, discouraged, angry... but I never stop.

Failure no longer scares me. Failure may scar me and that’s ok, I wear those scars as a reminder of how I became a success story. 🙌🏻🙏🏼❤️

I’ve made many many decisions in my life that turned out to be failures. I’ve been burned. I will always rise from those ashes and fly. I wouldn’t change a thing.

Every failure has taught me what not to do OR what I need to do differently... Valuable lessons.

Here’s the thing... doing NOTHING is never an option.

Doing SOMETHING will always bring results. They may not be the results I was looking for but I got the data to prove I did SOMETHING‼️

Never ever be afraid to fail. Failures lead to your best successes.

Break me I will always rise stronger than I was before‼️

If you are living in darkness you are not alone. I’ve lived there, I know that place well.

Yes... This message is for you. ❤️💔🙏🏼

In the dark for many people lives an intense internal pain... a pain that destroys you from the inside out. A merry go round that doesn’t stop.

I lived there for years until I found a way... The path through it. Yes... there’s a specific path through the dark to find forgiveness.

Have you ever felt like someone owed you an apology that you were never going to get❓ That THEY needed to admit their part in your pain or your anger❓ You just have to hear those 2 little words... The "I'm Sorry" words... many times followed by the 3 “Please Forgive Me” words.

‘They’ need to be accountable because dammit your accountable. You're honest and fair is fair‼️ It just has to happen... Otherwise it is going to eat you up.

Well get this... 95% of the time the other person is NOT going to say what you want to hear. That's right. It just isn't going to happen. When it doesn't happen we retreat inside our heads to become invisible... expectations never met.

Well I’m here to tell you it is not easily going to go away. There’s no easy answer.

Pretending you've moved on, that you are fine, that everything is o.k. just intensifies your pain and turns into a vicious cycle. Making yourself a victim. On a side note... ‘Their’ core values may not match to ‘your’ core values which throws a whole other topic into play here. Do you know what your life values are❓ (That’s a topic for another post... Life Values are revealed along your journey.)

When that forgiveness you seek never comes. it turns into an ugliness inside that can consume your thoughts, your actions, and your behaviors. Resentment. Revenge. That grudge can be powered deeper with jealousy of many things you see.

Damn that always wanting to be right. To find the answers, to get to the truth... each new thing you learn just makes it worse and worse. Each truth you find out supporting your grudge just sends that pain deeper in your heart. You think the answer lives in the truth however in many cases it does not. That's right it isn't about the truth any longer... it's about forgiveness.

Here’s the key to that lock of bo***ge...

Stop trying to be the judge and the jury. It really is not our job. That's HIS job. You do not need to carry around that pain YOU CHOOSE TO‼️

Need help❓ asking for help isn’t a weakness it’s a strength. Like I mentioned earlier... I’ve lived in that dark for years. I see and feel this pain openly with you. As an empath I can help carry pain. A guide through that darkness must be with someone that’s been there. That’s what I do. The hardest walks. The darkest places. Pain is something I know a lot about. I was given my pain as a gift. I use that gift for you.
