The TU Swing Dance Club’s goal is to bring the beauty and community of the Vintage Swing Dance scene to The University of Tulsa. Lindy Hop is a historic improvisational swing dance; it was birthed from the Big Band music of the 20’s, 30’s, and 40’s and was an energetic overflowing of expression and youth. The movement was massive and spread all over the country allowing dancers from different regions and walks of life to come together and dance together in community.
