Lead Blender Tom Dotson (Dotson&company sampled numerous barrels to find the perfect match for our locally sourced Michigan peaches, creating a wh***ey that balances rich bourbon character with just the right touch of sweetness.

Barrel Proof Peach – 8-Year Single Barrel Bourbon

Mashbill: 75% Corn, 21% Rye, 4% Malted Barley
Infusion: Locally sourced Michigan peaches
Proof: 56.1% ABV | 112.2 proof

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Candied peach, rich butterscotch, and delicate honeysuckle.
Palate: A rounded mouthfeel with layers of baked peach, caramelized sugar, and subtle malt.
Finish: Long and warming with lingering black tea notes and a gentle tannic grip.
