Everyone who knows me knows that I’m a huge fan and that I try to make it to as many of her dinners as possible. So when we were planning our girls trip to Palm Springs, having her create a private dinner for us was at the top of my wish list. ✨🍽️
This was my first time getting to experience her food in a private setting, and it exceeded every expectation!
She took the preferences of five very different people and created the perfect menu. We started with tortellini in Parmigiano Reggiano brodo (which will always be my ❤️ ), confit potato with balsamic “caviar,” and crab tartine before moving into lobster & red shrimp sorpresine, red wine braised short rib with spring onion risotto, and a lemon strawberry shortcake dessert that was the perfect ending to the meal.
Every course felt intentional, every bite was incredible, and everyone at the table left wanting just one more bite of everything.😋
Without a doubt, one of the highlights of our entire weekend. ❤️
