Alligator, Corn, Cowboy Candy & Onion are mixed in batter & Deep-Fried. Served with Remoulade Sauce.
Gumbo du Monde
This delicious stew starts with a DARK roux and is slow cooked with the Trinity(bell pepper, onions & celery), okra, chicken, tasso, andouille sausage, shrimp, crawfish & crab. It is a Creole staple & it is served over rice.
Available as either a Starter or an Entree.
Chicken & Sausage Jambalaya
This is a wonderful combination of Chicken, Andouille Sausage, tomatoes & “The Trinity” all cooked with Jasmine rice for a flavor experience that is unrivaled. Add Shrimp $9

Étouffée means “smothered” and that is just what this dish is. Crawfish tails smothered in deep flavors from vegetables & spices. It is served over rice.
Bayou Smothered Catfish
Catfish filet is breaded, deep fried & presented on Jasmine rice smothered with crawfish étouffée.
