Bavarian Kohlrabi Soup
We use locally grown Kohlrabi which is a mild, slightly sweet cross between a broccoli stem and a crisp cabbage heart, with a light peppery kick similar to a very gentle radish or turnip. First we shred the kohlrabi then sauté crumbled Bratwurst with garlic, cabbage, plum tomatoes, carrots & potatoes. Then add horseradish & cream. Served with garlic focaccia.
Deep Fried Cheese Curds
Wisconsin squeaky cheese curds are coated with b**r batter and fried golden. Served with Chipotle Ranch dipping sauce.
Hot Italian Sausage & Peppers Sandwich
House-made Hot Italian Pork Sausage featuring Fennel, Anise & Hot Calabrian Peppers is grilled and served on a long roll with Peppers from The Big Cheese’s Magic Garden, onions & Chef Antonio’s Tomato Sauce (Also available in jars Togo). With a side of fries & house made pickle.
Jersey Fresh BLT Sandwich
Locally grown beefsteak tomatoes are sliced thick, well seasoned with salt and pepper. Then Toasted potato bread is layered with romaine lettuce, crisp bacon & mayo. Served with waffle fries & house made pickle.
