South Houston Smokers We are about competing/catering/drinking and having one Hell of a Good Time!!

We compete at least once a year, South-Belt Spectacular Cook-Off,and occasionally the Pasadena Rodeo Cook-off.We throw down on some Brisket, Ribs, Sausage, Chili, Beans ,Pulled pork and are Badass "Smoker Papas" and of course some "Chicharones", Bacon wrapped Jalapenos, Cold ass Beer and"Smoker Juice".if that sounds good we got one more surprise "Funnel Races"
