We build arcade machines because we love arcade machines.
We're local! East TN born and raised. If you have an issue with one of your machines, we're close by to take care of it.

We understand the rental cabin industry. We know a broken machine costs you time/money/reviews, and we understand that a timely repair is of the utmost importance.

We stand by all of our machines; that's why we cover them with our warranty.

The High Score Warranty: 1-year warranty on electronics and a 3-year warranty on buttons and joysticks. For the first year, we will waive our service call fee for East TN. The warranty does not cover intentional damage or water damage, but we will review each claim on a case-by-case basis.
Please refer to The High Score for repair claims; repairs by an unauthorized vendor void the warranty.
