This one's extra special for us. Grimes Mill isn't just a stop on the map — they were our w**ery neighbors for years back when Jean Farris was pouring w**e just down the road. Old friends, good folks, and a beautiful spot to spend an evening. We couldn't be more excited to bring Trailer Park Tokyo flavor to their tables.

Come sip something good, grab a bowl of ramen, and catch up with us. We'll have the full menu rolling — Backyard BBQ Ramen, Hot Chicken Ramen, Pimento Cheese Wontons, and more.

We’re setting up the Ramen Trailer at The VOID Sake Co. in Lexington, KY on August 23rd, 12 to 6 — or till we sell out.

Twenty-three years pouring w**e taught me one thing for certain: the right pairing makes everything better. And a steaming bowl of ramen next to a well-poured sake? That’s not a stretch — that’s a match made in heaven.

Cooper and I are bringing the whole lineup — Backyard BBQ Ramen, Holler Rolls, and yes, the Pimento Cheese Wontons everybody’s been begging for. Come hungry, come curious, and let’s find out what happens when Appalachia pulls up a seat at the sake bar.

This is going to be a good one. See you Sunday the 23rd.

You never know what’s about to happen. One minute he’s slinging noodles, the next he’s singing, dancing, cracking jokes, and serving up Appalachian flavor with a side of entertainment. It’s dinner and a show—even if you’re watching from your couch!

There’s something special about watching a dream evolve.

After many wonderful years at Jean Farris W**ery & Bistro, my culinary journey has taken a new road with RedNek Ramen—bringing together the flavors I’ve loved creating with the Appalachian roots that have always been home.

That’s why I’m so excited to share that RedNek Ramen will be a food vendor at the Mountain Grrl Experience on October 16 & 17! This event is about so much more than great food. It celebrates strong women, the beauty of Appalachia, and supports charitable efforts that make a real difference in our mountain communities.

I’m honored to be part of an event that gives back while bringing people together. If you’re attending, stop by the truck, say hello, and let us feed you a bowl of Appalachian-Japanese comfort food made with heart.
