From our friends at master distillery, Tokki in Korea: Sonbi Gin

Sonbi makes a great Gin Sonic. We prefer the drier version of a Gin & Tonic, which substitutes the tonic with a 50-50 mix of tonic and soda.

Ingredients:
Sonbi Gin: 36 grams
Tonic: 62 grams
Soda: 62 grams
Lime juice: 5 grams

*Note: Measuring in grams makes for a more consistent and precise drink
