Happy Saturday! What does dry hire even mean?! Well, if you've ever been to a wedding or event with a bar, chances are the catering service provided everything, including the alcohol. When we say dry hire, we mean that you are in charge of purchasing the booze! When you hire Swirl for your events, you are saving on the mark up that catering companies charge for liquor, wine and beer.
And if alcohol is not your thing, even better! All you have to do is enjoy your party and let us take care of your guests. We also provide the physical bar! This is where the mobile part comes in! Meaning if your venue is say, your backyard, we bring a bar top to serve you cute little drinks from!
