We’re thrilled to participate in Seattle Restaurant Week from October 18th through October 31st with an exclusive $35 three-course taproom feast!

We’ve teamed up with the legends at Beecher’s Handmade Cheese to kick off the menu with a curated b**r and cheese flight designed to show off how hops and artisanal cheese elevate one another, followed by our signature pub fare and an indulgent dessert.

The wait is 𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 over. BBIS returns TODAY!

Both our Ballard and Downtown taprooms are open at 11am and pouring this year’s highly anticipated batch of Bourbon Barrel Imperial Stout (BBIS)!

After 18 months of resting in rich oak and bourbon barrels, our signature stout is pouring dark, silky, and decadent with notes of warm vanilla, toasted wood, and dark chocolate.

But WAIT... there’s more!

For the ultimate barrel-aged purists, we’re releasing extremely limited quantities of BBIS Double Barrel edition of (14.8% ABV) in 12oz cans!

Brewed way back in October 2023, this liquid spent 18 months aging in Willett Bourbon barrels, before being transferred into Four Roses barrels for another 18 months of aging. That’s THREE FULL YEARS in wood!

Expect a rich, decadent aroma of vanilla and toasted oak, followed by a thick body full of warming bourbon spice, subtle honey sweetness, and a remarkably dry finish.

Fresh off the train from Yakima Valley, this West Coast IPA highlights the dynamic duo of Simcoe and Amarillo hops, bringing out their absolute best verdant, harvest-fresh qualities.
