This incense stick is about to make quick burn marks along various meridian points (energy highways) on my body. If you don’t think energy lines exist - ask yourself how an EKG test works (for starters).

Kambo (secretions of the giant monkey frog) is placed on the fresh wounds, where it enters the lymphatic system and bloodstream. It is said to race around the body scanning for problems. This usually results in some immediate side effects, especially vomiting.

This time I started with ( ***f) and while having a new beautiful feeling in my body I also had a full blown pre-purge that almost ✋🏼 stopped me from kambo. I was scared to double purge. But if you know me, you know I said

I took the medicine (Kambo) 10 minutes longer this round for a total of 30min. I was able to better sit in the discomfort & push to see past my mind, emotions & pain..but by no means was I able to just sit with it
I did however have the most loving affirmations flooded over me in the process, which made me incredibly proud.

SO HAPPY to be on the other side.
