Burner Brewing Co. Burner Brewing Co. when fully operational will be a 15 barrel distribution brewery located in San Luis Obispo.

Thursday's are brew days. Today we brewed our first Pale Ale and the brew session went without a hitch. The Pale Ale will be ready ready March 12th for tasting.

Will be bottling the 2nd batch of IPA on Feb 28th and our pre-tasting indicates that this IPA will be very drinkable.
