The Reset Movement

The Reset Movement Changing the world through joyful antics. RESET Normal! The Reset Movement is not a Party, although it is often a party. The System is broken. That sounds simple.

It is not affiliated with the Left, the Right, or the Center. (Hint: the different parties are like the different types of Duff beer: they are all being fed form the same giant vat of crap!) We think of ourselves as “We the People”, which includes you! Sure, you’ve heard that phrase before. But really let it sink in. What is the system supposed to do? Isn’t it supposed to maximize our freedom and

enjoyment of life by coordinating our use of resources? Isn’t it supposed to keep us safe from harm when necessary? We pay in, we get something of value. We get to vote on what is “of value”, and a founding document (ahem, Constitution) clearly outlines what we as a nation will and will not do. We want to live in that place! What is the System doing? Isn’t it squandering our resources – natural, human, and capital – and giving us very little? Isn’t it placing us in harm’s way by creating conflict both with its citizens and its neighbor nations? Isn’t the selection of what’s “of value” being taken over by very few people? Our public servants don’t serve us. In fact, they continually amass more power, ask for more money, and lead us into more danger and conflict. We don’t want to live in this place. But all our stuff’s here. Hmm…what can we do? Government is a tool. (Yeah, we know, and most politicians are tools….) So, we thought, “What do you do when your electronic tools stop working?” (If you said, “Smash them with a hammer!” this is not the right place for you…)

What we would do, and what you should do, too, is PUSH THE RESET BUTTON!
