We’re looking for an Inventory Control Specialist to work with our bar and restaurant clients here in Western New York.
This starts as a part-time role… but it’s not a “just a job” position.
There’s a clear path to grow into a full-time role and eventually into account management + consulting.
Starting at $22/hr with a path to $25-$30/hr
If you’ve worked in a bar or kitchen and ever thought…

This might be for you.
What you’ll actually be doing:
– Counting food and/or bar inventory (yes, it’s hands-on)
– Catching mistakes, discrepancies, and things that don’t add up
– Learning how inventory ties into pour cost/food cost, usage, and profitability
– Eventually working directly with clients to help them run better businesses
A few things to know:
– Early mornings are part of the deal
– It’s physical (kegs, cases, coolers, etc.)
– Accuracy matters… this isn’t a “close enough” role
– Reliability is everything
