Anja and I were poolside this weekend talking about 13th Floor... we'll be in Pacific Beach smoking on the rooftop in less than a month.

We are stopping on the 13th Floor and taking time to enjoy the view.

Over the past several weeks we have had to make a decision about what lies ahead for 13th Floor; at least the next 6 months will look like for us.
We started this out of pure passion for ci**rs and everything that goes around cigar smoking with friends, family and even perfect strangers.
We built 13FL on the side, still having more than full time jobs and family both of which we love and are clear priorities in our lives.
Our business took off faster than we could have ever imagined and our initial cigar run, which we thought would last 6 months, was sold out in less than 6 weeks when we launched.
We gained national recognition, making multiple national cigar magazine mentions, stories and countless favorable reviews from our cigar blogging community.
More than any of this we have met some incredible people along the way and have forged relationships that will last a lifetime.

We felt that 13FL - the brand, our customers, and retailers deserved "all in" support and dedication. To this end we have painfully decided to put 13FL on hold for the time being.

We can't begin to thank all of our customers and friends enough for everything you have done to support us with pursuing a passion and turning it into reality.

We are keeping the brand intact and hope that in the future we'll have an opportunity to power up the machine again. Only time will tell but I hope that we have the opportunity somewhere down the road to contact you all and let you know that we back rolling and have some new blends and exciting things to bring back to the market.
