Reckless: Without care or knowledge of the consequences. Dangerous.
At the time I decided to open a brewery back in 2011 I had never made more than 5 gallons of beer at a time. The only thing I knew for sure was that I didn't know what I would need to learn or what would become of this reckless idea. But, it seemed like a thing to do. So I did it, and named it Reckless (actually Wet N Reckless in the beginning).
It was one of the best things I ever did.
Some of the best decisions are reckless.
