Hi, I’m Gina Marie Bridges, owner of Once Upon a Party 🥂
And this year? This is our year.

On January 16, we officially celebrate 10 YEARS of Once Upon a Party and we’re kicking things off January with fresh energy, elevated service, and big plans ahead.

With 20+ years behind the bar and a lifetime in sales and customer service, this business was built on hustle, heart, and knowing how to show up when it matters. Entrepreneurship has always been in my DNA and a decade later, we’re just getting started.

Today, Once Upon a Party is powered by an amazing team of 10 professionals who bring personality, professionalism, and strong work ethics to every single event.

✨ Here’s how we work:
We are a dry-hire bar service. Fully licensed, certified, and insured, carrying a $1 million liquor liability policy. We don’t sell alcohol or take payment for it.

You bring the liquor…we handle EVERYTHING else.
(And yes, alcohol pickup is available.)

What a beautiful and emotional quinceanera this was for me.

Tiffany and her family are still mourning the loss of her husband and her daughter’s father, but his presence was truly felt in the room. You could feel his love and spirit surrounding them the entire night.

When Tiffany shared her vision, I told her, “Let’s do it big for your daughter.” I had some extra supplies and wanted to create something special — a mocktail bar setup just for her and her friends to enjoy, on me. When it comes to kids, I always go all out.

It was an absolute honor to be chosen to be part of such a meaningful celebration. The mocktails were a hit, the margaritas were flowing, and the energy was filled with joy, laughter, and so much love. ❤️🫶🏾❤️🫶🏾
