By booking with Sips w/ Nae, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to all of our terms and conditions listed below.
Terms & Conditions
Deposits~
**All events will require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. Deposits will be $350 for parties wanting top shelf liquor, $250 for parties wanting mid-level shelf liquor, $100 for a beer bundle, and $100 for a wine and champagne bundle.
**If you're event is located out side of the metro San Antonio, TX area, you must pay a $50 travel fee at the time of your deposit.
**If you are wanting to add a specialty drink to your booking, you must pay the $75 at the time of your deposit.
Booking~
**All events must be booked AT LEAST two weeks in advanced.
**Deposits are due at the time of booking!
**Deposits will be accepted AT THE LATEST one week before the date of your event. If you have not paid your deposit, and your event is a week away, your booking will be canceled and you will not be able to rebook.
Payments~
**Acceptable payment methods: Card via Square, Cashapp, Cash(Final payment only)
**Final payments are to be paid up front THE DAY OF your booked event.
**The amount paid at the time with deposits will be taken out of your overall total the day of final payment.
Cancelation Policy~
**If you are needing to cancel a party at any time, you MUST cancel within 72 hours before your party. If any parties are canceled after the 72 hour window, you will be charged a $75 cancellation fee.
