FormFox Clinic Managers and Administrators,

Please join us for an informative webinar designed specifically for FormFox Clinic Managers and Administrators. We will highlight several helpful administrative capabilities including:

-Creating and managing user profiles
-Resetting passwords
-Adding BAT devices to your clinic
-Patient check-in
-Favorites list functionality
-Leveraging FormFox training materials to help you onboard new employees

We have two sessions: Tuesday, October 13th at 10:00AM MDT and Thursday, October 15th at 1:00PM MDT. The same content will be covered in both sessions. Please make every effort to attend one session. If you cannot attend, please make sure to register so that you can get a copy of the recording to review when it is convenient for you.

FormFox is taking precautions to help reduce the spread of COVID-19. Many of our employees will start working from home this week. We are implementing this change in as seamless a manner as possible so you should have no problem reaching our support or implementation teams. However, please be patient as we transition to work from home operations.

Contact us via email or by phone at 877-376-3691. Our operating hours will remain the same. (Monday - Friday)

Technical Support Hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (MT)
Implementation Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (MT)

We know that some collection sites are changing their operating hours or closing temporarily. If your site is making such a change, please let FormFox know via email or phone so we can change the necessary information in your site details.

If we do face any challenges in the coming days and weeks, we will notify you via email, the FormFox message board, and social media.
