It’s been getting warm and the ac unit in the preconditioning room has been off….. well not off but broken rather hahaha ….. temps have still been decent but keeping temps down is nice especially when it starts to hit the hundreds . Good thing our humidification system keeps the temps down which allows the ac unit to not have to work has hard to keep the temps where we want them in the summer. :)

Got some new merch up on the website! Fun fact the gnome and the foggy dew text on the hats shirts and hoodies was originally drawn by hand from the homie When I was just starting the farm I asked Quin to draw up some logos and this was the first one he drew for me and we kept it! All the graphic design was done by another homie Tyler jones all the pictures were taken by my sister .hennen and embroidery and tees/ hoodies all made in auburn! Is it just me or are we sleeping on this mushroom?? The pioppino has grown on me for sure, it’s firm crunchy stem and rich umami flavor has made it an excellent addition to any meal. Keep them whole or chop the up either way from breakfast scrambles to steaks and fillets, let your imagination run wild with this one . Not to mention it has deep roots in Chinese medicine for high blood pressure and stomachs aches, it’s got a decent amount of beta glucans, agrocybenine, and many other active compounds.

In a world where traditions and culture are fading fast, it’s more important than ever to keep them alive. Playing these old Irish tunes on the tin whistle lets me stay connected to my roots. As a first generation American, this love for the music was passed down from my family, and it still feels like home every time I play. ☘️🍄❤️

Rappin and yappin! Action shot from an event we did with for the launch of their wellness menu! As a mushroom farmer I find it fascinating how many questions we get about mushrooms and the growing process from simple to far out I feel like I get it all! It’s a passion of mine and to be able to share and be transparent about how we grow and why we do the things we do , it creates a unique relationship with our customers and feels more like community building and less transactional! And always remeber kids don’t buy food from strangers !!

What a year ! The ups and downs and all arounds ! From getting married to pruning fruit trees wrenching on old motor pickles, landscaping , and of course the non stop chaos of a mushroom farm. It’s humbling running a small farm/business, it’s not for everyone, and I thought maybe this just isn’t for me . But all the love from our friends our customers our chefs that’s what fuels the fire and keeps this crazy train on the track. It’s the farmily that truly gets the heart feeling all tingly. Anyway thanks for the continued love and support. 2026 let’s see what happens:)
