Happy 16th Birthday to my oldest son! God how time flys.. I still remember you as my baby boy and now you’re growing into such a great young man and I couldn’t be prouder. Being a dad is hard work and a lot of days of yells and lessons learned.. but you keep proving that you’re educating yourself and thriving for more.. and I ask God to show you the way as I try to do. Life is hard but you make being a dad so worth it. I am excited to see what you do in this world and regardless I am proud of you and love you and pray you’re a better man than I will ever be..

Nothing can prepare you for the unknown.. so everyday wake up.. thank God for breathe in your lungs and all that is good. Work harder than the day before and keep pushing to your goals.. professional .. personal.. financial.. whatever.. we ALL want something better.. find whatever pushes you and make s**t happen.. I surround myself with like minded people.. my circle is tight.. we work in the shadows to one day bring the bright light.. I couldn’t push myself without them.. so lets go IG fam.. push it!

Awesome event tonight for Records Night! Great turnout and so much motivation from all the members! Thanks to the management for hosting this awesome night! I have never competed in a powerlifting event until tonight.. got 615 on the squat but need to get lower! But not bad! Got 365 on the bench and attempted 405 but failed lol.. oh well.. we will get there.. and I’m at 210ish .. so pumped!! Now to rest!! I’m getting old !

Another birthday down.. today I turn 38.. fu**in weird.. I remember when I was 18 lol.. oh well. I had a great 37 year.. and accomplished a lot.. I learn that I can keep learning.. be better.. be different.. and still keep my composure. This year I plan to really be more involved in life.. enjoy it more and focus on more positive vibes... I am actually a shy guy so maybe I can be a more outgoing 🤷🏽‍♂️.. oh well.. cheers everybody! Have a great day!

After a long weekend of moving it hits me last night of the journey my family and I have been through since being a kid. I remember my dad telling me I could have anything as long as dreamed big and put work in. My parents worked their asses off to give me and my siblings the love and support the best they could ..and we all had our ups and downs.. but we all put our heads down and worked harder.. the top picture is the house I grew up in a kid in East Dallas.. it was home.. and with the love and support from my parents through my grown up life and my wife’s push of us as a couple being better, my wife , we built our new home and continue to set our bar higher so we can give our son the best life and set a bar and example for his future. We all started somewhere.. we all have ups and downs .. but we prevail and let God lead us. So today give thanks for everything you have and work hard so you can be the best you!

Now if you ask her ( ) .. we actually got married on July 30 when we said our vows at our destination wedding ceremony.. but today is very important to me too.. July 15th is the day we officially were married in Texas .. so I spoil her.. she gets 2 anniversaries! And I wouldn’t haven’t it any other way..
So .. I love you forever.. and Happy “J.O.P.” Anniversary.. LoL
