A New Chapter Begins.
After years of unforgettable memories at Aperitif Bistro, we’re excited to announce the beginning of an incredible new journey.
Sunday, July 26, will be our final day of service as Aperitif Bistro.
Following our final service, we will temporarily close for renovations as we transform into Sage & Sea Coastal Kitchen & Bar.
Rooted in Mediterranean Coastal Cuisine with French Influence, Sage & Sea will feature the freshest seafood, premium steaks, handcrafted cocktails, and warm hospitality in a beautifully reimagined setting.
This is more than a new name—it’s a completely new dining experience, inspired by the flavors, elegance, and relaxed spirit of the Mediterranean coast.
To our loyal guests, friends, and the Rockville Centre community, thank you for your support, your celebrations, and the wonderful memories you’ve shared with us. We are truly grateful.
All Aperitif Bistro gift certificates and gift cards will continue to be honored at Sage & Sea Coastal Kitchen & Bar upon reopening, as well as at our sister restaurant, Sage Bistro Moderne, during the renovation.
