ADIRONDACK SUNDAY FUNDAY: Visiting Lake Placid, so of course I had to stop at The Lake Placid Pub and Brewery for a cold and fresh Ubu Ale! 🍺 This rich, malty strong ale has become one of the brewery’s signature beers. The pub and brewery opened in 1996 and quickly became a fixture of the Adirondack craft beer scene. Hard to think of a better way to spend a Sunday afternoon in Lake Placid!
