It's the last weekend for Dan’s Chicken Shack up in Texas, New York, near Oswego. Celebrating their 26th year, this popular roadside shack serves up delicious rotisserie chickens, fresh homemade sides, and cold b**r. You got to get here early, and don't forget to pick up a b**r while you're waiting in line. Cold Genesee goes great with your meal. 🍻🍗k October 11th is the final day, don't miss out! If you don't make it for chicken, the bar is open all winter, they bring in a wood stove that makes it nice and toasty. Chicken season starts the week after easter, put it on your calendar!

Druthers Brewing Company was founded in 2012 opening its first brewpub in Saratoga Springs, and quickly expanding with locations in Albany, Schenectady, and Clifton Park. On the way home from a quick trip to Vermont, stopped off at the location in the new Mohawk Harbor development that opened in Schenectady in 2018. I'm enjoying the Oktoberfest with dinner tonight! 🍻

On my way to New England, always time for a stop at Brown's Brewing Company in Troy! Founded in 1993 by Garry and Kelly Brown as the first brewpub restaurant in the Capital Region, the operation has since expanded to include a tap room in a historic former mill and valve factory along the Walloomsac River in Hoosick Falls. Tonight I'm enjoying a tasty Oktoberfest b**r with dinner. 🍻 Cheers!
