I WANT ALL OF YOU TO NO THE WOK IS NOW CLOSED FOR GOOD!!!! LONG N CHI (owners) HAD HUNG ONTO IT AS LONG AS THEY COULD.. I WISH THEM WELL, CHI , has a few more years at Boeing and then someday can retire. LONG, well we're not so sure what he will be up to.😂BUT ON MY BEHALF*** MICHELLE*** I HAVE TO SAY IVE BEEN THERE FOR IM NOT SURE 10 YEARS AT LEAST....3 OWNERS...... MY DEAR ANITA, THEN SUE AND JON ( who still have a Chinese restaurant in Kirkland) and last but not least LONG..... My oh my have we been through sometimes. I MOVED ON OVER A YEAR N 1/2 AGO and went to work for the SALISH LODGE @ SNOQUALMIE FALLS, but I still kept in touch with them and help them out whenever needed, I miss my customers.SOME OF WHICH I HAVE SERVED OVER 25 YEARS... The wok will be missed because it was always the local little dive bar that everybody came to because we all could be Who We Are, everyone there was always welcomeing to new people and once someone came in they always came back they always had a good time. THERE HAS BEEN SO SO MANY MEMORIES.... I'm sad to see it go but I want you all to know that each and every one of you have touched me in a different way and then ways that show nothing but love... I DO HAVE A 10FOOT NEON**** THE GOURMET WOK**** to remind me of all those memories, it will light up my entire house LOL but most of all I have all the memories of all of you I will miss all of you and I hope to see you all in the local area here and there. The place has CLOSED but we all still remain CLOSE( just no D) SO UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN. Maybe I'll even donate my shotski Seahawk board to a special place that will maybe start the same tradition, friends lining up taking shots together and putting their pictures on the wall. I love doing things that people enjoyed and they always could come in and look through those memories.... some they remembered some they did not.😋 some w/ exes, some w/ strangers and some who had tons because the shotski was there excuse.....the shot is what counted...lol. I LOVE YOU ALL WHO I ADORED OVER THE YEARS AND I WILL NEVER FORGET YOU...... YOU ARE THE ONES THAT MADE THE WOK... AND REMEMBER THAT... WE R FAMILY 💜💙 AND FOR THOSE OF YOU WONDERING,, THE BAR IT TORN DOWN...DJ SPORTS IS TAKING OVER THE BAR SPOT AND THE LITTLE UNITS WILL BE 4 RENT TO VERY SMALL BUISNESSES, NO ROOM FOR BARS OR RESTAURANTS...SO WHEN I SAY GOOD-BYE THERES NO CHANCE OF A BAR THERE AGAIN....
