EM AND SHAW PRICING { First session free // Individual sessions $65 } Clients come to Em and Shaw looking for specific fitness results, oftentimes in an ideal window of time. The four packages below are based on the number of sessions per week to achieve these results. A three month minimum commitment is required to take advantage of the package perks. 1- Body Maintenance The Body Maintenance package is designed for a client who is looking to increase flexibility, gain strength and better his or her posture with significant results over a greater period of time. This package is also designed for someone who would simply like to add Pilates to his or her existing weekly workout regime; it can be a great compliment to many cardio-based workouts. During Body Maintenance sessions, the client will work through each muscle group in shorter blocks (one to three exercises per muscle group) and will be given stretches at the start and at the end of each routine. By request, these weekly sessions can also be tailored to specific needs, such as focusing on specific muscles or full flexibility. { 1 session per week, $63.50 per session, $275 per month } 2- Lean and Refined The Lean and Refined package is designed for a client who is seeking a change in body strength, composition and overall shape, but who may be limited due to his or her schedule. During these sessions, the client will benefit from fatiguing each muscle group in longer blocks within each routine. For example, during the first session the client might perform anterior and posterior shoulder exercises, front and low abdominal exercises, as well as inner and outer thigh exercises. The following session he or she will primarily work biceps and triceps, obliques, glutes, hamstrings, and quadriceps. By request, these weekly sessions can also be tailored to specific needs. { 2 sessions per week, $51.92 per session, $450 per month } 3- Defined and Strong The Defined and Strong package is designed for a client who is seeking a change in body strength, composition and overall shape in a short period of time. During these sessions, the client will benefit from fatiguing each muscle group during longer blocks within each routine. For example, during the first session the client may perform anterior and posterior shoulder exercises, front and low abdominal exercises, as well as inner and outer thigh exercises. The following session he or she might primarily work biceps and triceps, obliques, glutes, hamstrings, and quadriceps. The third session will likely combine elements from the previous two sessions and will incorporate stretching. By request, these weekly sessions can also be tailored to specific needs. { 3 sessions per week, $44.23 per session, $575 per month } 4- Firm and Cut The Firm and Cut package is designed for clients who are seeking a change in body strength, composition and overall shape in a rapid period of time. During these sessions, clients will benefit from fatiguing each muscle group in longer blocks within each routine. For example, during one session clients may do anterior and posterior shoulder exercises, front and low abdominal exercises, as well as inner and outer thigh exercises. The following session will work primarily biceps and triceps, obliques, glutes, hamstrings, and quadriceps. Sessions will alternate muscle groups. clients can expect to advance quickly and begin incorporating more advanced elements into many standard exercises. By request, these weekly sessions can also be tailored to specific needs. { 4 sessions per week, $41.83 per session, $725 per month }
