We’ve been quiet, but we haven’t been still.

So many good ideas are lost to delays, red tape, the slow erosion of time, money, and patience. Luckily, that story is not ours.

We’ll spare you the dirty deets, but suffice it to say we swerved, sharpened our knives, and are carving out something better.

We’re bringing you the goods summer 2026.

To all our friends,
We are excited to bring this project to life and are eager to open our doors. The enthusiastic response we have gotten to even mild publicity has been heartwarming and beyond encouraging. It’s clear we are crafting something special that our community can be proud of.

As much as we look forward to community involvement, we are still in the throes of the pre-construction phase and thus we can not respond to any further requests for collaboration, discussions of inventory, or hiring inquiries. But don’t worry - when the time comes, you will know!

We appreciate your continued support and anticipation as we work hard to alchemize our vision. See you soon….!
