Second show added on Friday May 29. Saturday May 30 sold out!

Some artists you admire from a distance. Damien Jurado is one I've wanted to bring into this living room for a long time — and Session #13 is finally the night! With over two decades of songwriting that cuts straight to the bone, Damien has a rare gift for making a room go completely still. In this intimate living room concert, every word will land exactly the way it was meant to.

About Damien Jurado
A Pacific Northwest artist since his teenage years, Damien has been one of Seattle's most quietly essential artists since the mid-1990s, when he launched his career on Records and built a devoted following through sheer force of craft. Over the course of more than 20 albums — released on Sub Pop, , and his own Records — he's established himself as one of independent music's most singular voices.

His sound is rooted in folk and acoustic songwriting, but it carries something harder to name: a cinematic stillness, a sense that each song holds a whole world inside it. describes him as "a songwriter beloved by songwriters," and his music has been called "painfully intimate" — the kind made for quiet rooms and close listening. His songs have appeared in The Great Beauty, House M.D., and The Holdovers, and his latest collaborative album, Did Something in me Break? with folk musician , is out now. Hearing these songs live, in a small living room surrounded by fellow music lovers, will be something genuinely rare.

A year and a half in the making, I’m beyond thrilled to welcome one of my favorite bands, The Talbott Brothers, to Session #12 of The Armour St Sessions on Saturday, November 22.

Their soul-stirring lyrics, sibling harmonies, and rich melodies have a way of pulling you in and holding you there — and in this intimate living room concert, you’ll feel every note.

About The Talbott Brothers...
Born and raised in Imperial, Nebraska, brothers Nick and Ty Talbott started writing songs as kids after discovering their dad’s old guitar and falling in love with rock, blues, and country music. Since forming their band in the Pacific Northwest, they’ve toured extensively, building a reputation for energetic, emotionally charged live shows.

Their sound has earned praise from Rolling Stone, Billboard, and The Boot, who describe them as “cinematic” with “captivating blood harmonies” and “for fans of John Mayer, Mumford & Sons, and Jason Isbell.” Holler calls their latest album, Borderlands, “raw and unapologetic.”

Tickets and space are extremely limited and this one will go fast: https://www.strangertickets.com/events/175248944/session-12-the-talbott-brothers
