Hornitos Plata tequila, Awa no Kaori Sudachi-Chu, lemon cordial, yuzu juice, soda water.

In Japan, highballs are meant to drink easy โ€” cold, sparkling cocktails with sharp carbonation & clean balance. Shikoku shochu distilled with sudachi, a tart Japanese citrus somewhere between lime & yuzu, meets the citrusy, mineral tones of blanco tequila, while mad effervescence from the Toki Highball machine combined with yuzu juice & lemon cordial makes this Chu-Hai a total crusher.
