50- squats
50- arm row (total gym)
50-knee squats
50- toe taps
50-ankle taps
50-15lb laying over head lift
50-10lb incline sit-ups
50-20lb bar curls
50-calf raises
50-20lb bar hip lift
50-arm pull down (total gym)
50-15 Lb ea arm row lifts

Time to get back on track!!!
1 MINUTE AT A TIME! ( just ask for explanation of any move)

1. Crunch with toe touch
2. Hip lifts
3. Donkey kicks (alternating legs)
4. Leg extender (on hands and knees)
5. 50 sit ups
6. Ankle taps side to side
7. Frog pumps
8. Squat jacks
9. Curls ( weight of choice)
10. Step ups
11. Rainbows (1min ea leg)
12. Side leg lifts (30 sec ea leg)
13. Plank on toes
14. Weighted single leg dead lift ea leg
15. Forward angled soccer kick ea leg
16. 3 pulse squats w/ walkout and up/down
